It is necessary to use explosion proof vacuum cleaner because most of the dust generated by the polishing of these materials is flammable, explosive and spontaneous combustion.

This series explosion-proof vacuum cleaner is designed according to industrial standard, with firm and reliable structure, ensuring the stable operation for a long time. The product is equipped with one medium efficient filter bag and four HEPA filters, with minimum efficiency of 99.95% on 0.3 micron .The product is equipped with blower overload thermal protection (when filter is blocked).

The product can also be equipped with suction negative pressure monitoring device and filter status indicator light as required. When the filter or hose is blocked, the blower will be shut off automatically and the red indicator light will be on, to ensure safe and explosion protection.

The product has been certified by the national authority to ensure its explosion-proof performance.
